RL Racism in Fantasy?

There are three variations of Human in the game: North-Man, High-Man, and China-Man. China-Men, as a race, have a penalty to intelligence and wisdom. High-Men have higher charisma than the other choices. I'm not sure why someone thought including 'China-Man' as a race in a fantasy setting and inherently attributing them with low intelligence and wisdom was a sound plan.
